Pitt limiting attendance at basketball games after state updates COVID-19 guidelines

PITTSBURGH — The University of Pittsburgh announced on Tuesday its new limited capacity for home basketball games at Petersen Events Center based on the state’s updated COVID-19 guidelines.

Capacity will be limited to 500 people, which includes players, coaches, working staff, families of players and coaches, and special guests of the university.

Pitt will not be offering general seating for single game tickets.
