Widely scattered storms tonight with brief, heavy rain possible

PITTSBURGH — Another hot and muggy evening with a few isolated showers, storms possible in spots but better chance overnight into Thursday morning. Very warm and humid overnight lows will be in the upper 60s around 70°.

Not as hot but still very warm and muggy Thursday with a better chance for showers and storms. Any storm that develops could produce downpours and gusty winds. The threat for showers and storms possible each day through the weekend but no day will be a wash out. The weekend will trend cooler with highs in the 70s but the humidity will stay with us.

Next week will be more comfortable with less humid air and highs in the 70s and overnight lows in the 50s.
