Bitter cold giving way to mix of snow, rain Sunday

PITTSBURGH — You’ll need your winter coat tonight, although it won’t be as cold as Saturday morning – which was eight degrees and the coldest in Pittsburgh since March 5, 2019.

We’ll have temperatures Sunday morning in the upper-20s and low-30s. Highs will reach the upper 30s.

A warming trend is expected through Tuesday with widespread showers for Tuesday and highs near 50 degrees.

There will be a chance for a few light snow showers Sunday morning followed by a mix of rain or snow during the afternoon and evening.
