PITTSBURGH — Rain could be heavy overnight into early Friday, with another round of rain and storms possible Friday afternoon.
The ground is soaked in many areas-so watch for localized flooding in poor drainage areas.
Sunshine and warmer temperatures will set the stage for a line of possible storms after lunch into the evening-bringing the threat for damaging winds.
Look for a brief break early Friday morning, but that could help fuel the threat for strong to severe storms through the day.
