Fire weather watch issued for Western Pennsylvania Wednesday; sunny conditions expected

PITTSBURGH — Wildfire danger will be fairly high the next couple of days with low humidity, dry ground and a bit of a breeze. A Fire Weather Watch has been issued for western Pennsylvania and Garrett county, Maryland, for Wednesday.

Wednesday with look wonderful again with plenty of sun and highs in the mid 70s. This warming trending is expected to continue through the end of the work week and into the start of the weekend, highs will reach the low 80s Thursday and Friday.

We will kick off the weekend with more cloud cover, highs in the upper 70s Saturday with the first chance of rain showers in days by late Saturday and Sunday.
