PITTSBURGH — With temperatures expected to drop into the 30s overnight, a Frost Advisory has been issued across several counties for Monday morning.
The advisory will be in effect from 2 a.m. to 9 a.m. for the counties of: Garrett, Venango, Forest, Clarion, Jefferson, Indiana, as well as the ridges of Westmoreland, Fayette, eastern Monongalia, and parts of Preston and Tucker.
Severe Weather Team 11 Meteorologist Kevin Benson said that after a cold morning Monday, there will be mostly sunny skies and temperatures will rebound to around 60 degrees.
Under the Frost Advisory, sensitive outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.
