Eyes are on The Gulf as Hurricane Delta is expected to strengthen into a major hurricane later Thursday. As it moves inland, western Pennsylvania will get in on the extra moisture this weekend. An isolated shower is possible Saturday, but most of the moisture is expected Sunday and Monday.

A southerly flow will help to bump up temperatures a bit for the end of the week. Highs will reach the lower 70s for Friday. The workweek will wrap up with another shot of sunshine.
