Scattered showers, breezy, and colder Thursday

PITTSBURGH — A mix of sun and clouds will continue this evening with dry conditions expected. Thicker clouds will remain along the southern border with West Virginia.

Overnight, a mostly cloudy sky will prevail with lows in the low 40s.

Some snow may mix with rain in the highest elevations of the ridges as well as along the I-80 corridor by Thursday night and Friday morning.

You’ll need your jackets on Thursday as temperatures only climb to the upper 40s with wind gusts up to 25 mph. There will be scattered showers developing, especially in the afternoon, so make sure you carry your umbrella.

The weekend will start out nice with a mix of sun and clouds and highs near 60 degrees on Saturday.
