PITTSBURGH — Temperatures will be warm again Thursday, and while we won’t quite make the record high of 80F, we will still be well above the average high for late October.
Most areas will climb quickly into the low to mid 70s thanks to a nice breeze from the south.
A weak system will bring increasing clouds late in the day.
A few isolated showers will also be possible overnight into early Friday morning, especially north of Pittsburgh closer to Lake Erie.
Dry weather returns heading into the weekend along with mild temperatures.
Saturday’s highs will reach the mid-60s, and kids heading out for Trick-or-Treating Saturday night will enjoy temperatures in the low 60s.
The next best chance for rain now appears to be early next week.
