PITTSBURGH — The first full day of spring will be windy with gusts as high as 35-40 mph. A few showers or wet snowflakes will be possible, especially late in the day.
Thursday will be dry but chilly with temperatures starting out in the 20s and only climbing back near 40 for the afternoon.
Showers return late Friday and continue for the start of the weekend.
