One man is dead and a woman is hospitalized after a home invasion in Churchill early Saturday evening.
The Allegheny County Medical Examiner's Office has identified the victim as 67-year-old Jeffrey Weiss.
Allegheny County Police say the Weiss suffered multiple gunshot wounds and died at the scene in the 2300 block of Forest Drive just before 5 p.m. The woman, 52, was shot once and taken to a hospital in critical condition.
Police tell Channel 11 Weiss was the owner of the home.

Homicide detectives are investigating, but neighbors say they aren't surprised.
Although the neighborhood is quiet and safe, they say the house where the crime occurred has been a problem for some time.
One woman who did not want to go on camera told Channel 11 someone overdosed there not long ago, and others complained about possible illegal activities there.
