CRANBERRY, Pa. — New details on a former North Braddock police officer who resigned after an ad using his picture, asking to have sex with married women, appeared online.
Michael Foley was accused of sexually assaulting a woman in a separate case.
Cranberry police confirmed to Channel 11 that Foley will not face charges, but the investigation into who filed the allegations isn't over.
Foley resigned from his job as a North Braddock police officer last month.
The resignation came amid two investigations.

The first was over an ad on the website Backpage.com that showed Foley wearing his uniform.
Most of the ad was too graphic for Channel 11 to tell you about. It said Foley was a “White alpha male bull seeking couples/wives/girlfriends."
Then came the allegations from a woman who said Foley sexually assaulted her inside a Cranberry hotel room in April.

Police couldn't give many more details on their investigation, but said charges in those allegations would not be filed.
Foley's attorney said Cranberry police conducted a thorough investigation and Foley maintains the ad is a setup.
Cranberry police couldn't say yet whether the women who made the claims will face charges for filing a false report.
