Motorcyclist dies after crash in Pittsburgh’s Bluff neighborhood

PITTSBURGH — A motorcyclist has died after a crash in Pittsburgh’s Bluff neighborhood on Wednesday evening.

Emergency crews were called to Boulevard of the Allies near Marion Street around 9:30 p.m.

Pittsburgh police said the motorcyclist was given CPR at the scene and taken to a hospital in grave condition.

He was later pronounced dead. Officials identified him as Donte Hairston, 33, of Clairton.

A Channel 11 crew at the scene saw a motorcycle, sedan and an SUV.

Police said the initial crash was between the motorcycle and one of the vehicles, and a second vehicle was struck as a result.
