PITTSBURGH — Pittsburgh Steelers center Maurkice Pouncey, a former Florida Gators star, bought a brand new mansion in Fort Lauderdale for $5.4 million, according to county records.
S&Z Residential LLC, managed by Zennon L. Mierzwa, sold the 7,000-square-foot home at 633 Coral Way. It sits on a 10,500-square-foot lot along the water.

The home was listed by Peter Barkin and Mark Gilman of the Barkin-Gilman Group, which is part of Compass Florida. Adam Burke of Grandiose Real Estate represented Pouncey.
The 3-story home has six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, two half bathrooms, an elevator, smart home technology, a pool/spa, a dock, and a rooftop terrace.
