Beaver County man convicted of nearly 3 dozen sex crimes against children

BEAVER COUNTY, Pa. — A Beaver County man was found guilty of nearly three dozen sexual crimes against children.

Jack E. Primmer, 48, was convicted during a jury trial on Friday, court documents show.

Of the 34 charges Primmer was found guilty of, 29 were felonies, including child pornography, indecent assault and rape threat of forcible compulsion.

“Cases involving crimes against children are especially difficult and require a great deal of time and work from everyone involved. The Beaver County District Attorney’s Office would like to recognize the Beaver Valley Regional Police Department for its work investigating this case, as well as everyone involved in bringing the case to trial,” a spokesperson for the Beaver County District Attorney’s Office said.

In September 2024, Primmer was charged with more than three dozen counts of indecent assault of a person less than 13, corruption of minors and unlawful contact with a minor - sexual offenses. At that time, he was already a registered sex offender.
