An area school district evacuated some students for a second time in as many weeks because of a bomb threat.
The Freedom Area School District, in a statement issued at 1:20 p.m., said another bomb threat was emailed to the high school principal on Tuesday.
High school students were evacuated from the stadium.
By 2 p.m., officials say a K-9 had swept the high school without finding anything of concern.
Families were initially told not to come to campus, but were later able to pick up their student from the stadium.
Throughout the incident, middle and elementary school students were held in their buildings, which is a change in procedure from the threat on Aug. 31, when all students were evacuated to the stadium and released to family.
Bus transportation took place as normal, though some buses did depart campus slightly later than usual.
