It's the image Pittsburgh -- and frankly, much of America -- has been waiting for.
And now we have our first look at Oscar winner Tom Hanks in costume as the iconic Fred Rogers, on the set of "You Are My Friend."
Sony Pictures tweeted the photo Thursday afternoon.
Portions of the movie are being filmed in and around Pittsburgh. It is scheduled to be released in October 2019.
"You Are My Friend" is a biographical film about Rogers, the Pittsburgher whose public television children's show "Mr. Rogers Neighborhood" became an American cultural touchstone for decades, and his friendship with a journalist.
