UNIONTOWN, Pa. — A Kentucky man arrested in Uniontown in connection with the violence at the U.S. Capitol in January, was indicted Wednesday by a federal grand jury.
Peter Schwartz, 47, faces 14 courts related to the insurrection at the U.S. Capitol, including pepper-spraying police and storming the Capitol grounds, according to court documents.

Federal investigators said photos showed him in the crowd at the Capitol. They also said his Facebook page had evidence he was there.
A Bridgeville man has been arrested and charged with participating in the riot.

A Mercer County mother of eight who was caught in pictures and videos storming the Capitol has also been indicted.
She was ordered released on $10,000 bond and held on house arrest.
Federal prosecutors are appealing that ruling.
