Second human case of West Nile virus reported in Allegheny County

ALLEGHENY COUNTY, Pa. — The Allegheny County Health Department announced on Thursday the second probable human case of West Nile virus this year.

According to ACHD, a man in his late 60s from Pittsburgh's Carrick neighborhood remains hospitalized.
