Police say Bizelle pulled the trigger in the murder of Samantha Klavora, 23, because he was attempting to kill another man, who testified in court, "I'm sitting there and heard someone coming up the steps and he started shooting. She stepped in front of me and started screaming. She got hit and fell on top of me."
"The point is, there's simply no motive and it's not our job to establish a motive," defense attorney Blaine Jones said. "Don't get me wrong, we feel for the young lady who was tragically taken, but Mr. Bizzelle did not do this."
Bizzelle will be back in court next month.
