An SUV fleeing police crashed on a quiet residential street in Westmoreland County, shocking neighbors and sending two innocent people to the hospital.
William Snoots describes the crash like a scene out of a movie.
“They were going 80 or 90 and T-boned them in the front and the impact tossed the girl almost out her car door and wiped out a few cars here,” he said.
