PITTSBURGH — A carpet company owner who is accused of taking customers' money and not performing the work was accepted into a plea program.
Jason Muller, 42, is the former owner of Steel City Flooring.

This month, Muller was sentenced to two years in the Accelerated Rehabilitation Disposition program, which is only offered to first-time, nonviolent offenders.

He was charged with theft and deceptive business practices after customers lost out on nearly $34,000 worth of carpet they paid for but never received.
