WASHINGTON COUNTY, Pa. — Drivers in Washington County are reacting after hearing about an extreme case of road rage that took place here near Interstate 79 and Racetrack Road that involved two cars and a gun.
“They are quick to snap and lose control,” said Brenda Walden.
State police say Robert Seaton and another man were driving south on I-79 last weekend when the victim told police Seaton attempted to run him off the road.
According to the criminal complaint, Seaton then “pointed a black semiautomatic pistol at him on multiple occasions.”
