JOHNSTOWN, Pa. — U.S. Marshals said they have arrested the driver wanted in a wrong-way crash that killed a toddler on the Parkway North.
Taylor Jefferson, 25, was picked up in Johnstown this week.
According to police, he was rear-ended last May after putting his car in reverse on the Perrysville Avenue exit ramp.

The impact killed 2-year-old Saryiah Jefferson.
According to police, she was not wearing a seat belt and was not in a car seat, both of which could've saved her life.
Her father, Tyrek Jefferson, is also facing charges.
