CRANBERRY, Pa. — A jury found a woman guilty of killing her boyfriend with her car after three hours of deliberations on Friday.

She was found guilty of involuntary manslaughter, homicide by vehicle and aggravated assault.
Police said Jessica Royall, 28, was drunk and had cocaine in her system when she drove about a half-mile with her boyfriend hanging from the side of her van in March 2018.
Channel 11 talked to defense attorney Bill Diffenderfer not long after the verdict came down.
"She had no intention of killing or seriously hurting this guy simply to get him the hell off her car, obviously the jury believed it and I'm glad they did because it was true," Diffenderfer said.
Sentencing date for Royall has not yet been scheduled.
