WASHINGTON, Pa. — Police have made an arrest in connection with the shooting death of 20-year-old Julian Lassic.

On Oct. 11, 2025, Lassic was shot in the 100 block of North Main Street in Washington and later died in the hospital.
Friday, the City of Washington Police Department announced that Karl Kevin Sullivan II had been arrested Thursday evening after a standoff in Virginia.

Sullivan’s arrest followed an “agency-wide effort involving the dedicated work of the department’s patrol officers and investigators,” according to police.
No additional information was available, as criminal proceedings are pending.
