CENTER TOWNSHIP, Pa. — Police in Butler County said a couple took a security guard on a violent ride, dragging him through the parking lot of Clearview Mall in Center Township.
According to Pennsylvania State Police, Scott Locke was the shoplifter and Kimberly Weibel was the getaway driver.
