MOON TOWNSHIP, Pa.,None — A second former Pittsburgh police detective is facing charges in a Moon prostitution ring.
Police said they arrested Faquar Holland, 39, of Charleroi, after police said his credit card and phone number were used in connection with the sting.
Former detective Talib Ghafoor is also facing numerous charges, including conspiracy, in the case.
Investigators said the two worked as partners in Zone 5 and are former winners of the Officer of the Year award.
