DUQUESNE, Pa. — More than a dozen people, adults and children, were receiving assistance from nonprofits Tuesday after their duplex caught fire in Duquesne, the deputy fire chief said.
Firefighters were called to the home on Catharine Street early in the afternoon and saw flames on the second floor, with smoke coming through the wall.
