GREENSBURG, Pa. — Route 30 was briefly shut down in Greensburg late Saturday night while first responders dealt with a fiery crash.
The Carbon Volunteer Fire Department says the crash occurred on Route 30 westbound just before the West Otterman Street ramp. Both vehicles caught fire.
A photo shared by the department shows two vehicles that appeared to have crashed head-on. Both vehicles had significant front-end damage and apparent fire damage.
Everyone got out of the two vehicles safely. It wasn’t immediately clear if anyone sustained injuries in the crash.
Route 30 remained closed until the vehicles were removed from the roadway.
