Ta'Niyah was running from her bedroom when two bullets struck her.
Anthian Goehring, 29, pleaded guilty to charges of third-degree murder and robbery.Malik Thomas, 21, and Richard White, 19 pleaded guilty to charges of conspiracy to commit murder and robbery.
Prosecutors said Goehring and the fourth suspect, 19-year-old Douglas Cochran Jr., fired the shots while White and Thomas waited in a car outside.
After Friday's court hearing, Ta'Niyah's father told Channel 11's Cara Sapida that he did not support the plea deals.
“This is not justice for my daughter,” Curtis Thomas Jr. said. “I think it’s ridiculous. If this is what Washington County thinks my 10-year-old daughter’s life is worth, this is a sad society.”
