REDSTONE TOWNSHIP, Pa. — UPDATE 10:35 p.m. - The District Attorney said Mark Dimatteo has been charged in connection with this incident. He is in custody.
UPDATE 6:30 p.m. - District Attorney Mike Aubele said Pennsylvania State Police located the truck they believe was involved in a deadly hit-and-run crash that happened in Redstone Township.
Two people have been detained and are being questioned.

ORIGINAL COVERAGE: Authorities are searching for a pickup truck involved in a deadly hit-and-run crash that happened in Fayette County.
District Attorney Mike Aubele said the crash happened just before noon in Redstone Township on Wednesday.
The coroner’s office says a man was hit by a vehicle on Stone Church Road. He was identified as Ronald Hostetler, 62, of Confluence.
The truck is believed to be a Chevrolet Colorado, possibly a GMC Canyon, which police believe was made between 2004 and 2016.
The vehicle will have damage to its front and passenger side area.
