Brooklyn buyer closes on three buildings at McCandless Corporate Center

Brooklyn-based Chesky Brach and his CSB Holdings have taken ownership of three more buildings and some additional land at the McCandless Corporate Center along McKnight Road as the investor builds up an office portfolio here.

The company did not respond for comment.

But real estate records show Building One, Two and Three at McCandless Corporate Center have been sold to separately incorporated single purpose entities for each of the three buildings: 5500 Corporate Drive LLC, for the five-story, 90,697-square foot first building; 5800 Corporate Drive for the five-story, 95,292-square-foot second building; and 5800 Corporate Drive LLC for the third building, the largest, reaching eight stories and totaling more than 107,000 square feet.
