Man arrested for shooting, killing another man outside local Long John Silvers

SOUTH UNION TOWNSHIP, Pa. — A 39-year-old man was shot multiple times and died outside a Fayette County Long John Silvers restaurant, police said.

According to state police troopers, officers were called to the restaurant at 548 Morgantown Road in South Union Township around 4:30 p.m. yesterday. Troopers found the victim, 39-year-old Robert Lukehart had been shot multiple times. He was dead at the scene.

Investigators said Justin Rittacco, 21, was identified as the shooter. He was arrested and charged with criminal homicide.
