DONORA, Pa. — A 14-year-old girl was among four people who were arrested following a traffic stop in Washington County.
According to Channel 11's news exchange partners at TribLIVE, Donora police seized more than 100 stamp bags of suspected heroin during the arrests on South McKean Avenue Sunday.

James Barto, 25, of Monessen; Jessica Boyles, 21, of Donora; Michael Frederick, 39, of Elizabeth; and the Donora girl are charged with drug violations.
Police said surveillance video recorded in the area showed the girl returning to the car after buying heroin at a nearby home.
The suspected heroin was found inside a hooded sweatshirt which was stashed under a seat and in the glove compartment, according to police. It was labeled “Shine” and “Kiss Me”.
