Evgeni Malkin and Kaedan Korczak are out with injuries. Justin Brazeau is back and full-go. And the Pittsburgh Penguins’ lines are again in flux as the roster changes.

Again.

Malkin’s and Korczak’s injuries do not sound serious, but they will be absent day to day. To accommodate his roster in flux, coach Dan Muse elevated Andrei Kuzmenko into Malkin’s spot, which created a perfect spot for the returning Brazeau.

Brazeau told PHN last week before he was activated that he expected to bring a different game than other Penguins wingers. In no uncertain terms, he hinted that he wanted to return to playing a big-man’s game, hard on the walls and big at the net.

Muse also sees the same.
