A man is in custody, accused of killing his father on Saturday.
Pennsylvania State Police say this investigation began after troopers responded to a reported shooting on Lawrence Lane in Cook Township.
Once troopers got on scene, they located the victim, who was later identified as Edward Lawrence Jr., 59, deceased.
After investigating more, Pennsylvania State Police charged the victim’s son, Cody Lawrence, 28, with criminal homicide. He’s now being held at the Westmoreland County Prison.
No other information on the incident was immediately available.
