PITTSBURGH (AP) — A western Pennsylvania man was scheduled to plead guilty to making pornographic video tapes of two young girls — including a 4-year-old who he was allegedly caught recording while he was naked at his home last year.

State police arrested 56-year-old Thomas Deglau after his wife told authorities she woke up from a nap to find her naked husband recording the dancing girl in their basement in January 2014.
Federal authorities took over the case and indicted the Derry Township man on charges of making three video tapes of that girl, plus three others featuring the 4-year-old and another minor child, since 2010.
Deglau's federal public defender did not immediately comment on the case in advance of Deglau's plea hearing Thursday. It's scheduled before a federal judge in Pittsburgh.
