STOWE TOWNSHIP, Pa. — Allegheny County Police are investigating after a man was shot in Stowe Township early Friday morning.
The shooting happened shortly after 12:30 a.m. in the 700 block of Ridge Avenue.
When first responders arrived, they found a man who had been shot in the groin. He was taken to a hospital in stable condition.
Police said there was an argument between two “parties” before the shooting happened.
Anyone with information concerning this incident is asked to call the County Police Tip Line 1-833-ALL-TIPS. Callers can remain anonymous.
Detectives continue to investigate.
