OAKMONT, Pa. — Oakmont has updated regulations on potential data centers moving into the community.
On Tuesday night, the borough council unanimously approved the zoning proposal.
It will allow data centers as special exceptions in the industrial zoning district, as well as establish size and other development requirements for the facilities.
