PITTSBURGH — Luis and Marisa Neira, natives of Lima, Peru, are making the regional debut of their El Pollon restaurant in Carnegie.
Specialty Group, which represents the restaurant, announced the newcomer to the region, calling it “the first authentic polleria to come to Pittsburgh,” meaning the kind of charcoal rotisserie chicken restaurants that are staples throughout Peru.
