Man found shot on porch at home in Beechview

PITTSBURGH — A man was found shot on a porch at a home in Beechview.

Allegheny County dispatchers said officers and medics were called to the 1400 block of Fallowfield Avenue at 4:45 p.m. on Wednesday.

Pittsburgh Police said they found the 18-year-old man on the porch with a gunshot wound to his abdomen. He was taken to a local hospital and is listed in stable condition.

Police said the victim is not being cooperative with investigators and they said they have not pinpointed where the shooting actually happened at this time.
