Long John Silver’s has reopened its restaurant in East Rochester.
The location off Ohio River Boulevard was rebuilt from the ground up at its original site.
The newly constructed building features a coastal-inspired interior, seaworthy seating and an updated overall layout. Enhancements include digital menu boards and self-order kiosks designed to support dine-in, carryout and mobile ordering.
Kevin Kupniewski serves as executive vice president of OpCo Operations at Long John Silver’s. He emphasized that the redesign focuses on customer experience and convenience.
“Every part of the new restaurant was designed with our guests in mind, from the updated look to more ways to order,” Kupniewski said. “We’re excited to welcome the East Rochester community back and continue serving guests in a space that makes every visit more convenient and enjoyable.”
The East Rochester restaurant offers the company’s usual signature seafood and chicken lineup. The location operates Sunday through Thursday from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. On Friday and Saturday, operating hours are 10 a.m. to midnight.
