PITTSBURGH — A home is currently for sale on Mt. Washington for $2.79 million.

The home, located at 223 Grandview Ave, overlooking downtown Pittsburgh, is listed for sale with Heather Kaczorowski of Piatt Sotheby’s International Realty. It has four bedrooms, three full bathrooms and one half bathroom.

The home was built in 1874, making it the oldest home on the iconic Mt. Washington street. The home, referred to as Serpent Gate Cottage, has been restored by its current owners.
