GREENSBURG, Pa. — The Westmoreland County Courthouse is closing early Friday.
Officials say the courthouse, annex and extension will close at noon due to a power outage.
Strong storms on Thursday caused thousands of power outages across Western Pennsylvania.

Also because of the power outage, the Westmoreland County Sheriff’s Office says it will not be providing civil services or gun permits.
