Wilkinsburg police ask for help finding missing man

WILKINSBURG, Pa. — Wilkinsburg Police are asking for help finding a missing man.

Chief Christopher Duncan said Zare Carter has been reported missing.

Carter is 5 feet, 2 inches tall and has a medium build.

His hair is dark and short.

He was last seen wearing a black hooded shirt.

Police say Carter has been diagnosed with bipolar disorder.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Wilkinsburg Police Department at 412-244-2913.
