Woman gives birth in Wendy's parking lot, tells bystanders she didn't know she was pregnant

PITTSBURGH — Investigators have confirmed that a woman gave birth in her car in the parking lot of Wendy’s on Browns Hill Road in Hazelwood Monday morning.

A Pittsburgh paramedics ambulance was pulling away from the scene as a Channel 11 photographer arrived.

People inside the Wendy’s, which was not yet open, said that when they saw the car outside, they went to check on the people in the car.

When they got to the car, the woman had just given birth to a baby boy.

The witnesses said that the woman told them she did not know she was pregnant.

A man was driving and there were other children in the car.
