INDIANA COUNTY, Pa. — A 55-year-old woman reported missing Friday afternoon was found dead in her overturned SUV, according to Pennsylvania State Police.
Lori Ann Lane hadn’t been seen since Thursday night at her home along Vellesig Road in Young Township, Indiana County, according to troopers.

Friends and family were searching for her when they spotted Lane’s silver Honda Pilot SUV overturned on the passenger side in a small stream along Taylor Road, the Indiana County Coroner’s Office said.
Foul play isn’t believed to have contributed to her death, but troopers are still investigating how she died. Lane’s family reported her missing and believed she may have been heading to Saltsburg or Apollo, according to police.
