PITTSBURGH — Two women were wounded in a shooting Wednesday night in the same area of Brighton Heights where a man was shot to death Monday.
One of the women showed up shortly before 11 p.m. at Allegheny General Hospital. The other woman was found when officers responded to Brighton Road, near Hanini Market and Subs, officials told Channel 11’s Jennifer Tomazic.

Each woman suffered a graze wound to an arm, police said.
Investigators believe the shooting stemmed from a fight on Woods Run Avenue.
One of the victims told police she saw a third woman, Azuree Brown, come out of a house during the fight. The victim said she was in a car when Brown pulled out a gun and fired shots. The driver of the car took the victim to the hospital.
According to police, the second victim also said she was on Woods Run Avenue and was shot at while in a car.
Police have obtained an arrest warrant for Brown.
Wednesday night’s shooting comes after a fatal shooting Monday night outside Hanini Market and Subs. Michael Freeman Jr., a 30-year-old new father, was killed.
