PITTSBURGH — For the second year in a row, Upper St. Clair School District is No. 1 on the Business Times’ Honor Roll ranking of top regional school districts.
The ranking looks at three years of state standardized test scores and ranks the 105 regional school districts from highest-scoring to lowest-scoring based on a proprietary formula.
Upper St. Clair ascended to No. 1 last year, displacing South Fayette Township School District, which is now No. 6, down from No. 3 last year. Click HERE to the slideshow and see who finished in the top 5 — and where your district ranked.
